What is the MeetID?
MeetID (Meeting id) is a short URL that you share to the scheduler, for example https://meetid.com/demo.
Once the schedulers book a meeting with you or your team, they will also have a short link to join the meeting.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, and American Express. We also accept Bank transfer based on your Country settings.
How do I upgrade or cancel my plan?
You can upgrade or cancel your plan at any time. Just go to the billing section of your account and you can choose a new plan or cancel your current plan.
What happens if I cancel my plan?
You will lose access to the features of your current plan at the end of your billing cycle. You can still access your account and all of your data, the users in a team will be disabled and not be able to receive the meeting.
What is your cancellation and refund policy?

How do I change the number of users?
You can change the number of users on your team at any time. In the admin site, go to the billing page, increase or decrease the number of users, and your billing will be adjusted accordingly.
